Quick answers to the most common questions about water services and the TWIMS platform.
Log in to TWIMS and go to the File a Report page. Select your barangay from the map or dropdown, describe the issue, and optionally attach a photo as evidence. Your report is submitted instantly and contributes to the system's monitoring threshold.
The system uses a two-tier threshold. When 1–14 reports are received, the barangay is marked orange (Outage Detected — pending verification). Once more than 14 verified reports are received, the status changes to red (Confirmed Interruption) and the water management office is alerted.
Any registered resident of Tayabas City can submit a report after logging in to TWIMS. Only one report per account per incident is counted to ensure accuracy. If you don't have an account yet, you can register from the login page.
Yes. Once an administrator confirms that the water supply has been restored, the system automatically sends a notification to residents who submitted reports for that barangay. The barangay indicator on the map will also return to green.
New connection requests are processed at the Water Management Office at Tayabas City Hall. You may also send an inquiry via the contact form above or email us at erwin@wincelitsolutions.com and our team will guide you through the requirements and schedule a site visit.
Bukal are natural water springs distributed across Tayabas City that serve as supplementary water sources. TWIMS maintains a complete directory of these springs, including their location, current operational status, and maintenance history, accessible through the Natural Springs section of the platform.
The map status updates automatically once the report threshold is reached. If your barangay hasn't reached the required number of reports yet, the indicator will remain green. You can encourage other affected neighbors to also submit their own reports to help trigger the alert sooner.
